Why is Lean in business?
In today’s business world, the customer’s needs are our main focus but they are rapidly changing. Customers in the age of social media are shaped by the sheer volume of advertising campaigns and new demands emerge. This creates a pressing issue for commercial business: Producing high-quality products is only the beginning. We need to be consistent in our services, renew our understanding of customer needs, and find efficient ways to reach our target customers. A customer-driven management philosophy is where we should start.
In the age of globalization, successfully managing and growing our business is a huge task.
